MyCycle.ch does not issue receipts for orders at the time they are submitted. You will, however, receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your Order. A receipt will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
MyCycle will forward your Order along with the information you provided to a licensed Network Pharmacy in each of the jurisdictions you have selected to fill your Order.
Your Order will not be processed until each dispensing Network Pharmacy has confirmed the receipt and adequateness of all required information, including but not limited to a complete patient profile and an original prescription.
In every case, the sale of Products to you takes place in, and in accordance with the laws of, the jurisdiction in which the Network Pharmacy dispensing those Products operates, and you become the owner of those Products when that Network Pharmacy accepts your Order and places those Products in a container or otherwise completes the steps necessary to prepare it for your use and generates an invoice to obtain payment from you.
The dispensing Network Pharmacy will assist you in you in arranging for the pick up and shipping of your Product(s) to you. You or an agent acting on your behalf are then responsible for personally importing those Product(s) and all steps connected with its transportation to your address in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
IMPORTANT: all transactions including this one are governed by our Customer Service Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.
If you ordered Products from pharmacies in different countries, they will each be shipped directly to you separately from the NETWORK PHARMACY in each such country.
